12th Annual Taste of Atlanta

Atlanta’s restaurant landscape is sprawling. But for one weekend each year Midtown is overrun with great food as the city’s best chefs and restaurants offer up a taste of what makes eating in Atlanta so exciting. Back for its 12th year, Taste of Atlanta will be held at Tech Square in Midtown from Fri.-Sun., Oct 25-27. The festival kicks off on Friday night with Atlanta’s Taste Revival block party hosted by chef Ron Eyester. There local chefs such as Shaun Doty of Bantam & Biddy and Kevin Gillespie of Gunshow will serve up dishes inspired by their favorite bands, musicians, and songs. The main festivities on Saturday and Sunday (from 11 a.m.-6 p.m.) include bites from more than 90 area restaurants, Taste of Atlanta’s Best Bartender competition, cooking demos hosted by CNN’s Holly Firfer, live music, and more.
