3 Holeman & Finch cocktails with 5 ingredients or less

• 3/4 ounce fresh lime juice

• 3/4 ounce simple syrup

• 1 1/2 ounces Denizen rum

• Lime wedge garnish

• Ice cubes

Shake vigorously with ice. Strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with lime wedge.

• 1 ounce Beefeater gin

• 1 ounce Carpano Antica Formula vermouth

• 1 ounce Campari

• Orange swath/peel garnish

• Ice cubes

Build over ice. Stir. Serve up or on the rocks. Garnish with orange swath.

H&F Manhattan (Rye)

• 2 ounces Redemption Rye whiskey

• 1 ounce Dolin Rouge vermouth

• 2 dashes angostura bitters

• 2 dashes Regans' orange bitters

• Cherry garnish

• Ice cubes

Stir ingredients over ice. Strain into a rocks glass. Garnish with cherry.
