Re: “Kirkyard Public House

Family friendly sports bar atmosphere. Super friendly staff and good selection of rotating drafts.

Rather go just about anywhere than stats. Dantana's and Taco Mac are right around the corner and are much better

Pretty mediocre. Not my first choice, not my last choice.

Re: “Wild Bills

Great place to go for free line dance lessons on Wednesdays. Lee Brice concert was packed and really rocked. Great venue. Huge dance floor.

Re: “Wild Bills

I have been going here for several years for line dancing on Wednesday nights as well as for concerts. I love it! It has a huge dance floor and a great place for an affordable concert, both rock and roll and country bands. Very fun and safe place to party.

Re: “Wild Bills

I love Wild Bills. I go there to line dance on Wednesday nights. 5 bucks to get in and you get a lesson for an hour, and can dance from 7-11! Nice group of people. Most of the staff is great, but the bartender on Wednesdays is not too friendly and they don't always have what I want to drink, but I'm there for the dancing anyway. Don the DJ is awesome, and Rose who teaches, and John at the door. Weekend bands have been good, but loud, but I can go in the back and dance and get a bite to eat.

Re: “Wild Bills

I have seen a variety of venues at Wild Bills. No disappointed as of yet! Great Nashville artists, great Ultimate boxing bouts, several rock shows and even a Magic Mike show was so exciting! The Halloween party along with the birthday bash and in recent year the Green solo cup party have always been a really big parrrrty! So come on out and enjoy it all!

Best place for dancing. Hugh dance floor. They teach line dancing on Wednesday nights at 730pm. Lots of fun and good exercise. See you there.

Re: “The Elder Tree

Super cheap wells. Decent bar food for a decent price. Friendly staff. Watch sports, play darts, or just kick it on the patio.

Re: “Front Page News

Just went to Front Page News 1/5/13 to watch the 1st of 2 NFL playoff games with a friend. We got there at the end of the 3rd quarter of the game. We grabbed a seat at the outside bar and immediately asked the waiter for some water and a menu. 5 minutes later I ordered Shrimp & Crawfish Etouffee and my friend had a 10 piece of wings. I ate my dish and was still hungry and ordered a 10 piece of wings as well. We asked the waiter for some more water once and he acted as if it was a sin and only filled it up half way. Throughout the 4th quarter he (waiter) was walking behind the bar as if some Varsity Jock cussing and carrying on as if he was the man in the restaurant. Me and my friend picked up on his wanting to be Macho attitude and just left it alone and just kept eating. We finished our meal and paid the waiter along with a $10 tip and sat around to finish digesting and seeing what game 2 would be like. Meanwhile 2 Caucasian guys in there 20's walked up to the bar and grabbed the seats next to us and the bar tender immediately walked over to me and my friend and told us we would have to leave if we didn't order any more food or buy liquor/beer. This immediately made me totally upset and I asked for a manager and this took things in a crazy direction. The manager was obviously taking on sides with his employee and meanwhile my food hasn't even digested yet and i'm mad that me and my friend were asked to leave when the whole restaurant still had plenty of empty seating outside on the patio and tons in the inside bar and restaurant, not to mention that the bar we were sitting had FRONT PAGE NEWS EMPLOYEES sitting at it as if they were off there shift or just taking up seats that customers could use! We WEREN'T EVEN ASKED TO POSSIBLE MOVE TO ANOTHER SEAT......WE WERE ASKED TO LEAVE!!!!!!We picked up on the Racial Profiling very quick and felt it minutes after just getting there to eat. We were right and it was brought to the light. Being of mixed ethnic race in our younger 40's for both me and my friend as well as nicely dressed (NOT HOMELESS!) the Caucasian race was much more wanted in that establishment and it was EASY TO SEE! So to all the people out there please believe that it took a while for me to type all this down and share it with the rest of the people in Atlanta. Please make your own decision, but this what me and my friend had to deal with.
