The Apex Museum is a hidden treasure in Downtown Atlanta in the Historic Auburn Ave District. It is rich in African American Art and history. This museum is a powerful asset to the rich historical value of Atlanta.
I love this school
Great Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner spot for families in the Inman Park area!
BEST PEOPLE ON THE PLANET!!! HOOKLOVE!!!
The chips and salsa are marvelous, the California burrito is spectacular. I have been there on many occasions and no matter which group of friends I go with everyone always leaves satisfied. I like the fact that it is a good old fashioned family owned joint with good inexpensive food.
This person is slandering the business because one of his friends is a performer who was terminated by the show director. He has posted similar negative comments disquised as reviews on several other sites. You may contact me for further details if needed. Sincerely, Johnathon Murphy - owner
So many fun events at The Warren! I love their comedy nights and wine tastings! Always perfect for a ladies night out.
I love this Place!
This store is closed. Sad, since no one else carries Flames and Thrashers caps.
I JUST had the WORST experience!
I walked into this establishment despite my FIRST encounter to order the dish I had previously because DESPITE the poor customer service, the food was delicious. I was directed to the bar by a charming hostess and that's where the "good" ends.
I preceded to glance over the menu searching for what I had previously ordered, the bartender asked "what she could do for me" I informed her I wanted to place an order to go....
20 mins elasped before she returned. I attempted to explain to her the dish I wanted and she informed me that option wasn't available, apologized she couldn't help me AND WALKED OFF. I ignored this, and decided to try something else.
The blonde bartender precedes to send her "manager" over to take my order, because I was frustrating I guess. He doesn't greet me or asks how he can help... he simply asks in BROKEN ENGLISH "you order or NOT??"
Once I place my order... I seriously considered NOT waiting... but decided to pay for my food and NOT return! WHAT A MISTAKE!!??
They bring my food out, much to the outrage of the customer beside me who had been waiting 45 mins prior to my arrival.... BUT THIS STORY ISN'T OVER!!!
The blonde bartender returns with a handwritten receipt and asks for my I.D. and informs me they have to "write all of my information down because the computer system was down."
I told her I wasn't comfortable with my debit card number being written to which she sharply asks "well, you got cash".... when I replied No.... she snatched the hand written receipt from my hand, snatched the food, rolled her eyes AND WALKED AWAY.
Keep this in mind: there is an ATM down the street.... I could've gotten cash from there... I also should have been notified this was the plan PRIOR to MY ORDER BEING TAKEN!!
The disgusting attitude and behavior of the STAFF is incredibly poor and I'll DRIVE to North Druid Hills for Top Spice before I EVER STEP FOOT IN THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN!!!!!!!
Not to mention, I'm not sure,... but I THINK they wrote down my card info ANYWAY... and God help them IF THEY DID! I plan on contacting VISA as soon as I write this REVIEW!!!!!!!!!!!!!
decent FOOD, disgusting SERVICE!
So I decide to take my aunt to get something to eat. I decided I would take her to Frank Skis. I had been there a few times and it was great, it had been a while since I was there last and I have heard whisperings about the service becoming bad but I thought it would be okay. I wanted to surprise her with where we are going and so as we pulled up to Frank Ski's and she is excited. We walk in and are immediately seated in a booth on the wall. I see a few people at a table in front of us watching the game. As we are talking and getting settled one of the ladies who were watching the game comes over and begins rambling about the happenings of the game (I don't watch football so I have no idea what she is referring to). After her rant and announcing that she is ready to go home she tells us that she is our waitress. We order drinks and water. The drinks come shortly but no water. She leaves quickly without asking if we were ready to order. We were.
About ten minutes pass and she is nowhere in sight. We flag down another emoloyee to ask if we could receive service. He leaves and comes back after about five minutes to let us know that our waitress is busy and that she is the only one working. (Oh k. What exactly are we to do with this information. Our service shouldn't be so drastically compromised because of scheduling issues. ) So another few minutes pass and another worker comes over to take our order. I let her know I am ready for the check. My aunt suggests the drinks be on the house for the lack of service we had already experienced. The young lady says "ok I will make sure that happens" and walks away.(if this was something she was incapable of doing she should have escalated the issue immediately) We wait a few minutes for confirmation and no one comes. After about ten minutes our original waitress comes back and asks what is going on. My aunt let's her know that our drinks are being comped and once we finish them we are going to leave. She says ok and walks away.
We get up to leave and as we are waiting outside valet two managers two servers and the HEAD of security walk out and declare "you haven't paid your check you must pay." All these people come out the restaurant upset. Apparently none of the three employees could actually make decisions and none of them actually consulted a manager with our issuses. My aunt relays the whole incident to the loudest manger and she says "Im sorry but you still need to pay this bill." I proceed to pay the entire bill as the Head of security hands me his card and thanks me for handling the situation like ladies (they must have thought we were just going go WORLD-STAR on them) and offers the three of us $60 worth of free entry. (Thats one entry per person at $20 each on a Saturday night or Friday night, I can't remember the last time I even thought about considering to pay $20 to get into a restaurant). I expressed my concern with the lack of management presence inside the restaurant as the initial issue was taking place to one of the managers and she let me know that she was sitting at the bar the whole time. (If your short staffed as a manager why are you sitting at the bar) As we get into the car the server with dreads sucks her teeth.
I work with customer service and I am a business owner so I am familiar with customer service practices, and there were absolutely NONE displayed at Frank Skis this night. There is a way to deny a request of waived charges and there is a way to ensure that a customer never returns to your establishment or company for service and this night between three managers two servers and the HEAD of security Frank Skis has ensured that we will NEVER return to this establishment.
IRIS, is definitely the best club experience and production in ATL!

They are now open for lunch most days, I went for lunch last week and it was very fast and delicious! They staff was friendly and suggested the Alps Salad which was just right. I will return.
Personal attention is what you will receive right when you walk in the door from the floral department, the pharmacy and the deli. Combine that with ample selection and variety throughout the store and a fast checkout. The resut is a winning combination. I do shop other grocery stores from time to time just out of convenience; however, my main shopping is always done at Kroger Ansley. That's my choice and I recommend that it be yours too!
Can't wait for this Con!
Love this homegrown landmark! New owners, new hours, serving beer, open til 4am... WHAT?! Thank you Woody! I think I love you~
