Re: “Head games

We have followed up with the Blotter Diva and the Atlanta Police Department. We are looking into possibly conflicting names in police reports. We will update when we have more information.

Re: “Head games

With all due respect for the already tragic circumstances of this story, why is there no public record to be found anywhere witn information about her alleged death?

Wouldn't the newscasts have followed up and reported it if this was the outcome? Wouldn't there be an obituary or a police record somewhere?

Maybe the Blotter diva can follow up on the puzzling situation, and provide some answers.

Re: “Head games

I feel compassion for anyone driven to suicide, however the facts of the story are correct aren't they? She conned people out of money claiming she had cancer. Her suicide while tragic hardly absolves her of her 'sins' (religion aside).
Sadly, people choose to kill themselves and leave people behind, not every one of them deserve a greater amount of respect than those struggling to make a go of life.
Apologies if she was a close friend or relation, but doesn't it make sense to be honest about things so they can be avoided in the future?

Re: “Head games

Please take this horrible cartoon depiction and story down. She committed suicide over the adult bullying that went on over this.

Re: “Head games

It is clear you are not aware that the woman in your Head Games story committed suicide leaving behind her young son.

Re: “Dramatic entrance

"Can't I just suck your dick and you not take me to jail..."

Isn't that another charge - attempted bribery of an oficer-of-the-law on duty ?

"...a woman and her family held a Sunday cookout and invited a 25-year-old family friend..."

"The 25-year-old allegedly pull led a gun ...(and) pointed at the cookout hostesses..."

Hopefully, the hostess has learned a lesson to write the nut-case off the 'family friends' guest list.

Re: “Best of the Blotter 2014

Considering the general tenor of these reports, shouldn't this be the WORST of The Blotter ?
All in all though, I find this the least interesting part of any CL issue since most of the incidents are rather commonplace --- drunk urinates on cop shoe ; idiot leaves car unlocked & is shocked when it's robbed ; 2 housemates/lovers/over-night-hook-ups have a spat & police get involved....

Re: “Long and curlies

In reference to GET THE MESSAGE..

It's VEDO! not Yedo. A famous graffiti writer from the DMV area. I find it odd that you have not heard of him since he's been taking over the graffiti scene in Atlanta recently.

Re: “Just beat it

I have no idea what a sneaker bar is. It's not even in the urban dictionary. Internet search came up with a place called The Sneaker Bar in Detroit but I don't think that's it.

The wife needs to take him to a urologist for a complete checkup — including a prostate exam. The symptoms are classic !

Re: “Fightin' Irish

I really, really, genuinely don't unnerstand what's so 'disorderly' about sitting on a curb, drunk with handcuffs on...; perhaps unusual most of the time..., but on St. Paddy's Day?!! Nahhh......
