Can you please try again with the eragon movie I know you can get it right if you do you will make a lot more money and if you can make the other three books movies you would sell a lot more tickets and be able to sell the DVDs for them and make 3 times as much money so please I'm begging you to try one more time I'm a 17 year old girl I've read all 4 books of the eragon book series and I like love the eragon books.
My mother owned Three Sisters. I am the youngest of the Three Sisters it was named for. We closed it around just after Zombieland was realeased. After my granny, the manager, passed away from lung cancer that had spread; it didn't feel right without her, so we sold it. I miss that place so much...
This movie is not the best writing in Hollywood, but for someone who comes from the streets of the same place where its shot, I think it did ok..3 stars out of 5 from me..jose Cardenas...tutiebx
“I don’t make love - I fuck … hard.”
It's my understanding that the book doesn't provide any romance that the film lacks. In fact, it's a textbook abusive relationship.
@ oydave, "The dog days are (not) over."
@mrgjr No not the production value of a made for TV movie, but just tried to hard to reboot the movie and got a bit lost.
Remember when they remade GOOD movies?
This makes me want to consider it
So it's like a WB produced feature?
Not just a great comic book film, or a great superhero film but a great film period. "The Avengers" was simply fantastic, excellent review Curt.
The description in the review seems like at least a 3 rating.
@bloodgimp - yeah that's Kevin Nash. Threw me for a minute when I saw him there. He doesn't talk much - makes a lot of grunting noises.
It was silly. The movie was trite with expected conventions. Those expecting actual nudity will be disappointed but a lot of very old large ladies in the the theater audience (who'd probably never been to a strip show) found it titillating. It's the story of a man coming to grips with both his life choices and aging, and a very young man being overwhelmed by too much money, too many women, and easy access to drugs and booze. Since Channing Tatum produced and starred in it, it's obviously a vehicle for him, and he had a lot of comedic facial expressions reminiscent of a young Tom Selleck mixed with a young Brendan Fraser. It's not an awful movie, just not a good one. Wait for cable.
Is that Kevin Nash in the background?!
Not typically a big fan of this type of movie. Loved it.
Bruce Banners "Then what if the other guy says no?" Was pretty bad ass, but I think Ironman was more intellectually intimidating. Tho I am a little bias as I just found out I am most like Ironman on www.hero-me.com I think that is a compliment??!!
Great review, but I gotta dis-agree with you on the best line. The best line is when Captain America is giving out intricate detailed assignments to all the hero's then gets to Hulk and simply stats "Hulk Smash"
I'm going based on your recommendation. It better be good.
