Neko has the best perspective. It's the old game of cat and mouse. The cat loves the mouse as long as its resisting. When the mouse quits resisting the cat isn't interested. This goes both ways in the game of love.
Physical chemistry is essential but long term, the mutual interests are the keys to keep it going outside the bedroom and build something besides a long list of women/ men tossed on the ole sex scrap heap.
