Re: “Becoming the cheese man

As an ex-Murray's Grand Central employee myself (about 6 years ago), I can tell you, it's the sort of hard work that turns out the best (if they stick with it!). I'll be sure to check out Star Provisions next time I visit my brother-in-law and I look forward to reading your column.

Whole Foods on Ponce has had it in the past, but I haven't looked there in awhile. It is quite amazing!

Star Provisions has a great cheese selection. Is there anywhere else in town that sells Cowgirl Creamery Mt Tam?

That shit is so amazing!

Re: “Becoming the cheese man

Thank God you're here! If I ever branch into a new career territory, I will be applying to work under you! Cheese is a passion of mine (as well as my favorite food -I would gladly choose it over chocolate any day), and I look forward to reading your column!
