Re: “That our street characters are committed

"or the creepy Silence of the Lambs guy who shows up at any and all public gatherings in Virginia-Highland or Little Five Points, dancing in a grass skirt and wielding a Shake Weigh" Really?? ChrisCrossdresser retired that outfit (grass skirt) at least 2 years ago; BEFORE he discovered the shake weight. BTW, he also has a YouTube channel under that same name; YouTube.com/ChrisCrossdresser Had you even bothered to interview him, you also of learned that he's a CIVIL RIGHTS ACTIVIST FIGHTING FOR EVERYONE'S RIGHTS. Why don't ya google "RAYMOND E. BALTZ Jr."???

Re: “That we've got radicals

I don't know who wrote this article in your current edition, but there's an incorrect part. On the section of "radicals," it discusses the Big Bets, Big Losses action we had in July, targeting Southern Company/Georgia Power's vast flaws while they were patting themselves on the back with a movie they made (that ratepayers probably had to pay for). It mentions WAND as if they were the event organizers. This is wrong. I, a member of Occupy Atlanta, organized it, and got together with members from Sierra Club and Beyond Coal, Georgia WAND, Nuclear Watch South, and obviously Occupy Atlanta. These groups all have been working lately in the Stop Plant Vogtle Atlanta working group, but I feel I must note this action was only pulled off because I took the initiative to organize it, and several others like it. I feel credit should be given where its due.

Members of Stop Plant Vogtle will be at the Public Service Commission meeting tomorrow to call Georgia Power's lapdogs out on the nuclear tax we're paying, and how the Vogtle reactors need to be stopped immediately lest we face more bill increases, and dangerous and inoperable nuclear reactors.
