The paneled Southern seafood shack decor works (think wooden booths, long tables, a horseshoe bar). And so does the food. Shrimp, crab cakes, oysters, crab legs, clams, scallops, mussels, catfish and po'boys are all fresh and tasty. All in all, Six Feet Under fills the gap of the disappearing inexpensive seafood shack. Try to snag a seat on the in-demand rooftop patio with a great view of the skyline.
Take off your shoes, lounge on floor pillows, and eat a multicourse, prix-fixe Moroccan meal. While you enjoy sweet-and-savory b'stella and fragrant tangine, belly dancers undulate about you, candles balanced on their heads.
Don't go looking for souvenirs at the former pro-wrestler's joint — they're absent — but the restaurant is dedicated to barbecue and Chinese food. Stick to the ribs, rib tips and chicken and look for Abdullah (aka Larry Shreve) as he dominates the dining area and is friendly to fans.
