That 55 year old " informant" was not born until more than a decade after the killings. Anything he supposedly knew would be hearsay and inadmissible. Unless the persons who commited the crime were under 16; not very likely they are really still alive. Which is not to say they couldnt have been witnesses to the killings...however why cause them public humiliation for something they saw as children and probably had no choice in? If this informant was at all credible don't you think the country's 1st black AG would persue this? This is just a publicity stunt by some Atlanta pols trying to stir things up around a 70 yr old event because they can't, or won't deal with the issues of today because it would mean taking some responsability.
