I live 2 blocks away from Lil Azio, and I take out from there often. Despite that, I think the food is WAY overpriced for what it is. Everything's fine, but nothing special.
Hello Hollis! I recently moved here from Jersey (ok, a year ago). Your column has been a real perk to movin' down south... During a bout of homesickness, I bought Confessions and laughed my ass off. I followed that with Tales, and have been a fan ever since!
Last weekend I went to the big thrift store on Moreland (the one with the sign of a lady hollering "BIG DEALS!" or something like that). I stepped inside, lured by the sight of used hotel furniture, and saw that they also sold signs by Sister Louisa! And hanging beside the signs was one of Grant's crack-lighter mirrors! These items were grouped with a small number of pricey antiques, so I'm assuming that Grant's business is going well...
Just wanted to share, and hope you're doing well!
