Ford Fry's "take" on southern dining is fresh and approachable. His menu is full of classic southern dishes like chicken and dumplings and shrimp and grits, but the execution is more like a french bistro or brasserie style....The chicken and dumplings are like eating a great coq au vin in an unassuming brasserie setting. The apple fried pies are like delicate flaky french pastires with homemade buttermilk ice cream. Delicious.....and don't miss the skyline views from the JCT BAR upstairs.
