I can't understand for the life of me why we aren't doing something to push people like Lil to the forefront of Gay culture. Without Lil I think a huge part of what we are would be missing. Infact up until I read this article today I had assumed she had died. 10 Years ago I heard that she was in the hospital....It makes no sense to me why we "Gay society" doesn't cherish and support the very people that kicked in doors, more specifically in Atlanta, for us. This person should be one of our leaders... not a side show at a bar-b-que resturaunt.
Do something besides sitting back and whatch everything that was already done for us get reversed... bulldozers and your need to meld into society are what is stealing anything that identifies you as an individual away.....
