Re: “JCT Kitchen

Too bad CL allows posts that are nothing but personal attacks. Don't let some disgruntled person talk you out of an excellent and unique dining experience. JCT is a very fine restaurant. I have dined at JCT twice with my wife, and have had very good experiences both times. Dishes we have tried are the Beef Short Ribs, the Rainbow Trout, the Fried Chicken, and the Shrimp & Grits. All were excellent, with the Shrimp & Grits being our favorite. The Trout actually amazed me because I have never cared much for Rainbow Trout, but JCT won me over with their very flavorful rendition. The desserts are wonderful and unique as well. We were really surpised by the Tapioca Pudding and the Ginger Bread Pudding....items you would never guess could be such a great dessert when some creativity and flair is applied. Hope JCT does well for years to come.
