This was good, and I say that only every having made one failed attempt to cook cauliflower before. I held back a little on the anchovies, worried they'd be overpowering, but they weren't at all. Next time I'll add the full 4. I also added about 7 chopped green and black olives, which were good but I'd also add a few more. Be careful with the liquid, I though I needed to add more, but added too much and cooked it a lot longer to have some of it evaporate off. Still very good. I'd say breadcrumbs are optional, I didn't get much out of them.
