Yes, we have problems with not enough water, too many houses, not enough politico's with spine. Many of our problems aren't that difficult. we can't control the weather, however we can control the out of control growth. Put a 8 mos moritorium on residential building permits. it would slow down the pace of building on every piece of open ground. Clean up the issue of illegal immigrants working for builders and get rid of some inventory including some of these foreclosures sitting on blighted streets. Place a statewide outdoor watering ban. Our biggest problems is lack of leadership in local, state and national governments. They only work to get reelected.
