I am amazed at how little was communicated in such a long article. It's a newspaper article, not 19th century English literature. How about getting to the point and getting over your ego?
As far as this guy's idea, he needs to be pragmatic. The city needs be cleaned up. We have a lot of crime and poverty in this city. His approach is to build an artist village? We already have that, its L5P. As a resident of Atlanta, I just want progress. Knock down that old eye sore already! Atlanta is not and never will be Renaissance Italy. What a colossal waste of time. I feel dumber for having read this article.
