It would take a Moron to see an "oxymoron" about a 'reported sex party' that in reality didn't exist. That was an obvious EXCUSE used to mount the raid.
Oh,and as I forgot to mention in my previous post; Mr. Nouraee, the police report that I told you would "put the lie" to the statement given to you by Mr. Gower regarding our "incident", I found it!! Too bad you don't seem to give a damn, so intent are you in giving credence to the MPSA. From the tone of your article, I highly doubt you're really interested.
Steven Gower's position with the MPSA gives him no right to harass any individuals he sees in the Midtown area. Just because he brings his preconceived notions with him to that half-assed job. Further, derek, your foolish assertion that prostitutes are "breaking into our cars", is about as stupid as the rest of your pod dwelling, "nose in the air" comment. I, for one on more than one occasion, have stopped the street guys (not transgenders) from breaking into one. The MPSA uses gender and racial profiling to press their own agendas, as witness the way they harassed the black gay young people in the daytime at Piedmont Park last summer. And no one has investigated the legality of APD officers wearing their uniforms on an "off duty" job in order to intimidate.
Derek, you need to get your head out of your butt before they start locking up idiots; you'd be the first to go.
No matter what kind of logos or insignia these fools have on the sides of their vehicles, or what businesses are paying them to do, they have no right to harass individuals who are not committing a crime when they accost them.
Mr. Nouraee, while "whitewashing" the MPSA, did not tell the whole story of Mr. Gower's harassment of me. The night he followed me home from the club Amory (where I had called a friend to come get me, having taken ill) when we left the club's door and he saw us drive from the parking lot. How the hell could Centennial Olympic Park Drive fit into his "patrol route"? And then there's the night he followed my progression from club Metro all the way to Piedmont and North Ave. (and at no time was I committing or attempting to commit, any illegal activity). Of course, I was concerned for my safety from a man who has already shown his imbalance by following me to my house previously.
While I have done some things in my life previously that I'm not particularly "proud" of, time passes, people change, and my past is just that; in the past. I don't intend to pay for it the rest of my natural life. Steven Gower didn't know me then, and he doesn't know me now. He and the rest of the idiots that man the MPSA only see "black" and/or "trans", and assume about any they see out. Just like the foolish assumptions/allegations they made about the black kids in Piedmont Park, and used the APD to press their issues (why did Andy conveniently forget about that, while he touts their efficacy?)
