I hope they raise taxes, every April I like to think of the hospitals, schools, roads, police, fire, military, sewer systems, drinking water, street signs, street lights, teachers, museums, public beaches, national parks, state parks, trash collection, air traffic controllers, sports stadiums, small farmers, research, food safety ispectors, libraries, electric systems, safety regs and laws that I pay for. All of these that have made us the best country in the world. If you want to have the best you gotta pay for it. Raise Taxes and live in the luxury of the Best Country in the World!
I saw some one carrying the other day. I thought these three things A: he might be a cop
B: he is really paranoid and must of bought into a lot of fear mongering like my mom has. (she is recently worried about vegetables from Mexico)
C: Whose the prick walking around like he thinks he is freakin Charles Bronson.
I temporarily moved from Atlanta to Santa Fe a few years ago and it is appalling the way Georgia Brewers are treated. Santa Fe is a town of about 72,000 people. I have three brewpubs within 2.5 miles of my house. All of which allow you to take growlers (jugs o beer) home with you. Some of them dont even bother with distributors because enough locals come in, fill the growler and go home. All of the profit goes right back to the local brewer and allows them to have a rotating beer selection every few weeks. These profits also allow them to bring in bands that you would not think would play at a place not much bigger than Twains such as DBT and Yonder Mountain String Band.
