First of all I haven't found anyone that does breakfast better. The FB is about craft and good combinations. The food leaves you speechless. Every time I bring a friend in from out of town their either at a lost for words or they repeat 'This is SO good' with every bite. From their 'moon dusted' potates to their scrambles to their sweet potato pancakes, everything is perfection. Their biscuits are great as well even though they aren't the best part of the experience. Everything is fresh and well made and you can taste it. It's not processed, hydrogenated, and/or laden with preservatives. If you don't like well seasoned food and would prefer a bland selection, I suggest you go somewhere else. If you want to eat food where the people who make it could care less about your health and their impact on the rest of the world, then eat somewhere else. You feel good eating at the FB, not weighed down. You digest with ease and it tastes amazing. I would eat there everyday if I could and I know that there are people that do. Yes the lines may be long but in my opinion it has been worth it every time. Just be smart about when you go, going on Easter Sunday is probably a bad idea. Lol. So yes, it's a biscuit and SO much more!
