Heroin's grip is being mentioned because of the demograohic it is now starting to be seen in. The simple truth is, is that it has been widely accessible for the last 20 something years in the Bluffs. Had the dope problem been addressed in this area, we might not have had lost so many. However the racial lines, as with everything once again, are not even mentioned. The fact is that - nobody cared that blacks have been dying from this drug in this neighborhood for almost 30 years. But as soon as white kids start dropping dead, Atlanta has a heroin problem. Well WAKE THE FUCK UP PEOPLE, ITS HAD ONE FOR QUITE SOMETIME, AND NOBODY GAVE A SHIT, BECAUSE IT WAS ONLY KILLING POOR BLACKS!
