I live in SW Atlanta, and as far as I can see, there are no youths being "bred" to be organizers, masterful delegators, etc... unless you count ingraining a generalized attitude of hustling in the streets as a connection to this type of breeding. Just because your mom told you that when you grow up you will be a leader and a man who takes care of business, that doesn't mean you've learned any sort of real or true organizational skill set to survive successfully in a legitimate arena of business. As evidenced in my neighborhood every day, this is an expectation promised to the youth without any means for fulfillment. Real changes must be made, and until people stop partaking in a culture that shuns education and promotes violence and illegal business as a gauge of success, this will continue.
