I think the comment about expecting too much may be spot on. We are talking about $3 tacos here. The restaurant is a perfect price point and will succeed in that space while others have failed.
I just wish drinks were a tad cheaper to make it a more frequently visited watering hole.
I also thought the Diablo was pretty good. The pumpkin reminded my of a mole sauce and when I was there had a good amount of heat. I think consistency may be their problem right now, so hopefully in a few months kinks will be worked out.
