I was part of the Harry's team just long enough to realize there was absolutely no emphasis on proper training, and that some members of the management staff were very much out of their depth. It's not shocking to read this and other negative reviews as the writing was on the wall very early on. Who hires a full staff, and then jerks them around for two months while they wait for their restaurant to be up to code? Get your approvals first and THEN hire a staff.
I think the restaurant itself is a great concept, the menu is fantastic and the chefs are more than capable. But without good training and service, your ship is bound to sink. I'm glad to know jumping this particular ship was the right choice.
