I enjoyed my first two trips to Top Flr, but not my last. My dinner companion and I chose to dine at the bar. We looked over the wine list. Now Top Flr has a fine wine list, with some reasonable values; however, I have yet to really enjoy anything from the list. Importantly, Top Flr does not keep their red wines in a temperature controlled environment; thus, if you order a wine by the glass (for $9++) you get something far too warm - totally ruins the wine. Also, on this occassion the bartender offered me the very bottom of the bottle as a taste - I should have known better, but I trusted him. I ended up with a mouth full of sediment. When you do order a wine by the glass you will find that it is a rather weak pour, especially for the price. Top Flr should follow suit of Murphy's and the Shed, restaurants for people who give a damn about wine.
