The worst dining experience I've had in the last year. The accoustics in the building were terrible. We sat at a small table of four and couldn't hear the person accross the table. The food options were mediocre at best. I thought we were given a limited bar menu by mistake instead of the full menu. As such the pricing was steep for bar food. I would recommend sticking to beer or wine as you will have quite a wait for a mixed drink. Cocktails were manually stirred and I expect have a minimal 100 stir count before service resulting in a lengthy wait before service and receipt of our check, even though there were at minimum six employees behind the bar. Finally we were appalled to find our napkins were actually dish towels used in all restaurants for cleaning. I imagine mine was probably once used to wipe a toilet or urinal down in some random other restaurant before reaching my table at Leon's. Trying to provide upscale service is understandable, however a dish rag is unacceptable.
