I recently visited JCT's, for lunch. This was absolutely the worst service I have ever witnessed in a restaurant.
When I walked in the restaurant I was greeted by no one.
There was a black man at the hostess stand, on the phone handling some personal business. Never once looked up or greeted me. After standing for 5-10 minutes, I eventually seated myself. I sat at the table for 15 minutes. Not so much as a drop of water or a menu was dropped off to me. I seated myself next to the servers station. Several servers walked right pass my table never acknowledging my presence. I eventually could not take it any more. As, I got up to head out a heavy set girl said, from the server station area " I will be at your table soon". I replied never mind I am leaving. The restaurant was only 35% full. Unbelievable
How can restaurants stay in business with this kinda of attitude!
