Things are a bit worn and the restrooms are very do-it-yourself done. The place could use a cleaning and a little sprucing up. The menu choices are numerous, affordable and simple well cooked home-style dishes. Burgers, chops, chicken breast and simple fishes. Vegetables are fresh but standard fare, green beans, collard greens, carrots and mashed potatoes. Pop in eat well and go for under $20 and less than 45 minutes; except on the crowded weekend night. Orderly friendly crowds and amiable service. Crowds tend to be mature gay men.
