Re: “Dinner (at last) at One Eared Stag

Are there any exciting veggie options on the menu? I'm eager to try this place, and I'd like to take my sister while she's visiting from Texas this weekend, but she's a vegetarian :\

Re: “Sigh. Food carts disappoint two hours into Street Food Thursdays

I didn't make it to the event, which I'm bummed about, but I do follow most of the carts on Twitter and Facebook, and they all were excited by the response and have already said they're planning to bring a LOT more food next week.

Also don't forget that SCAD dorms are in the Woodruff Art center as well and most of those students are already fans of Yumbii anyway. Those kids are going to FLOCK to this thing instead of eating cafeteria food. It's really not any surprise that the food would sell out quickly.

Re: “New foodtruck alert! Tex's Tacos is TexMex on wheels

I am going to keep all of my fingers crossed for Breakfast tacos.

Re: “Celiac disease, breakfast tacos, Publix redesign

I moved here from San Antonio about five years ago and was just starting to feel nostalgic for the breakfast taco's I used to get from a little stand across from my high school pretty every morning. Taco Cabana is to San Antonio what Waffle House is to Atlanta, so it was always easy to get quick, decent taco's there... but you're right, they're not comparable here.

Oh man, I'd kill for potato and chorizo now.

Re: “The Patagonian Toothfish

If you're looking for new ones, here's a pretty neat blog a recent SCAD-Atlanta graduate recently started, with recipes drawn in comic form, along with photos and local reviews

Re: “Chef Liu

Oh God, I think this article may have changed my life. I've been trying to figure out where to get Xiao long Bao since moving to Atlanta, and somehow missed this place. Now I'm doubly glad to hear the place has gotten better as well! Thank you!
