I do NOT evangelize for raw food or vegetarianism -- I don't think they're for everyone. I just think we all need to eat more veggies. I am, however, a little tired of professional "foodies" trying something for a couple of weeks and thinking they can speak definitively on the whole experience. In 2 weeks, your body probably spent most of the time detoxing from all the refined flour and crap we routinely consume. I'll bet you didn't have energy! But it's a mistake to assume that as an absolute result of this diet in the long term (contrary to what most Americans think, 2 weeks is NOT long term). I'm glad you pointed out the changes in digestion, though. People think I'm fooling when I say I instantly get indigestion if meat residue or juice has gotten into my "vegetarian" food.
