But it's no Dai Loi. Rolls are pretty tame, as is the pho. Bun Bo Hue can be ordered sans pig's blood, as I am sure you are aware, being a diligent consumer of this cuisine. Comparing it to Nam, which is a totally different style of restaurant is a bit disingenuous as well. Not being Vietnamese, obviously, who am I to say what is and isn't authentic, and I really don't care. Food is good, not great, service is the same. Beats driving to Forest Park. Hope they do well.
