I remember going to buy this on my study hall at like 10 in the morning. There were 6 of us, we piled in and went to Turtles on ponce. They only had cassettes left and we bought it anyway and spent the rest of the day in the car bumpin. Went back and bought the CD the next day. What a legendary album!
Miso is off the hook. The sushi is cheaper and way better than any other midtown spot including RuSans, Zuma, Nickiemotos, and the ghetto little 5 spot(Lime something). The house salad uses crispy romaine instead of the flavorless iceberg that everywhere else uses.
I haven't even tried any non-sushi menu items, but I was staring at a bun on a neighboring table enough to have the person tell me it was amazing.
The bar has a crazy sho-chu selection, which I hadn't even heard of until I went there. They are doing some interesting things with these spirits.
I can't recommend this place enough.
