There is not a bigger fan of AIC than myself. When I was 16 Dirt didn't leave my CD player for 6 months. I loved Layne's voice and style and lyrics. When I heard Duvall last night at Constitution hall in DC nailing every note of songs like Love Hate Love and We Die Young I couldn't believe my ears. He is not Layne, never will be, never wants to be. But Jesus Christ he can sing in his own right and jusdging by what I read in this article he has paid his rock dues. I was especailly impressed with his guitar work. Cantrell kept the classic solos to himself but Duvall added another layer and his own lead work. The two fit like a hand in glove. I feel like a AIC fan all over again. Thanks William.
