Makes me wonder how many times Conlon has used this mindset as justification for cheating lower level musicians out of gig money.
If a 40 year streak of mostly terrible albums hasn't damaged his status as a legend, it's pretty much written in stone at this point.

If Tucker has the most dive bars per capita in the metro (a claim which I believe is correct), then why was the only Tucker dive bar in the article given a consolation prize by being just a blurb in the sidebar w/ no photo?

The name is just Benjamin. Not Benjamin Smoke. Nobody ever knew him, or referred to him in his lifetime as Benjamin Smoke, and most definitely not as Smoke. Smoke was a band, not a person. Benjamin was one of the band members.
Someone has rewritten history on this, and it's kind of annoying. In Atlanta, of all places, we should get this right.
This is horrible. I haven't kept up with what Billy's been doing in recent years, but I saw Follow For Now a bunch of times. Super talented and inspiring band.
I've gotta say, though...I'm extremely uncomfortable with his home address being posted on the internet, especally since the gunmen are still at large, and he might be asked by the police to identify them at some point. Nevermind that musicians typically have valuable (and often irreplacible) musical equipment in their homes, which are now at greater risk of theft.
