I notice that Scott Henry has two prior articles on this subject that appear to be in "News" from what I can tell by the online organization on this website, and then he now has this article which appears to be in the "Opinion" section. When he now voices such strong opinions on one side, it is hard to imagine that the original two "News" articles were unbiased. Creative Loafing seems to be moving further and further into a publication for the OTP crowd or for people who are now intown but should have stayed OTP where they belonged. Also, there are addiction experts like Gabor Mate that advocate for harm reductions strategies. "Enabling" might be the opinion of some, but there are also very enlightened experts on the other side of that argument as well.
