I didn't see Chamblee in the database. Any reason why they wouldn't have submitted to the wishlist?
InAtl is correct. The Braves Shuttle actually operates at an expense. Bus drivers have to be paid overtime, and the fare receipts to do not cover the cost of its operation, much less turn a profit. InAtl is also correct about the Braves inability to chip in or allowing folks to pay an extra charge, but I think it's actually a limitation imposed by the federal government. Some sort of regulation and limitation on using public transportation as a charter service, but I could be wrong about that.
I'm a huge Braves fan and will definitely go to fewer games without the shuttle. But I can't fully support operating the shuttle at a loss when people who rely on the bus system have already had their service cut.
And coming soon to Georgia: brown skin counts as reasonable suspicion! Have your papers ready!
I now declare Hothlanta to be called Thawtlanta. Discuss.
And finally a candidate who will run on a platform of preserving the American Dream and putting a stop to out of control Washington spending! He will be so distinguishable from all the other candidates!
I tried to do the homework, but I got distracted by all the positive comments and feedback on Macon.com.
I don't know. Looks like they put too much parsley on the turd.
