In the early eighties there was a restaurant in a high rise condo on Peachtree called Tango. It was very modern for the times and I was very young and thought it was so sophisticated. Also, I had fond memories of Zazu's.
It is considered improper to remove one diners plate before all at the table had finished eating. I find it quite annoying to continually have to guard my plate by an overzealous server. Pre-bussing a table is for the convenience of the restaurant not the diners. It is inhospitable.
I am so pleased. We live in the neighborhood and have had to avoid the Tap because of the stench. We look forward to a really good Tap burger sans ashtray smell.
