I am not one of "those" customers. I keep my voice down, don't play with the salt shakers, make special requests, or whatever else you tweet about. Hell, I even try to come in during off-peak hours and days. The reason I keep coming to your restaurant is the food is almost always very good, and the service has never been bad. But fair is fair. I probably won't return should the service or the food be "off" one night. Because the way you share your loathing of some of your other customers, I sure as hell won't let you know what went wrong, and let you apologize or make it right. But, I would not hesitate to yelp about it. With any other favorite restaurants, I'd give them a second chance or at least, not publicly puke my opinion on the internet about it.
