So you thought you'd get the absolute best dining experience, which you would base this review off of that is read by thousands of people who will consider your article when deciding to eat at that restaurant, by showing up 8 minutes before close to a place you had to wait 45 minutes for the food to cook last time? That hardly seems fair to the restaurant.
Is it that you've never worked or known anyone who worked in a restaurant or do you just like to make irresponsible decisions? Either way your integrity as a food critic seems very questionable.
