I have been a a BIG fan of Flynt Flossy, and his crew since Fried and Fertilized! This show will blow your mind! Smang that sucker!
Thanks for the heads up! I'll report this.
Idiots who visit Atlanta and rent a Horse Drawn carriage think they are visiting Scarlett O'Hara's Tara, instead are treated to the asphalt and cement John Portman vision of 18-Wheeler unloading docks, parking decks and MARTA stations. All while staring at the manure spewing ass of a sad broken horse that dangerously meanders among smog-spewing buses and delivery trucks. This business model will fail on its own if tourists knew the truth.
(BTW-The link in the second paragraph for the group Against Atlanta Horse Drawn Carriages, take the reader instead to the Facebook Page for the pro-HDC group Advocates for Atlanta Horse Drawn Carriages. The good old switcheroo. )
THIS WILL BE A BIG F**KING DEAL! Saturday March 1st I am celebrating my 1,000th Saturday Dance Party at The Clermont Lounge! That's 20 years of Disco Funk! Let's GET IT ON!
Hey guys, it's just a brief story about the new owners, why get all disrespected? Hopefully CL will soon write a comprehensive evaluation of our beloved Star Bar and all the beer, spit, tears, blood, snot and piss that it took to create such a place. Including the whole panoply of varied and sundry characters who made it legendary (including me, haha)!
You cowards who trash employees of The Clermont Lounge so easily in these comments are repulsive. Keep your misogynist locker-room comments to yourself if you don't have anything mature to add. Yes some mature ladies work there, what of it? Real men respect women no matter what their occupation is.
One of your best brother! Pushing the envelope on your research (no need to go as far as Hunter S. Thompson though)!
