It is unfortunate that the gay couple was attacked at all. The sad thing is that the gay pastor keeps changing his story. Only one boy had the stick. Several of the boys were not there when the question was asked. He said "they" and I took the stick from "him." His voice is the only one being heard. The boys are all from low income families and low educated families and don't know how to fight back or protect their rights so their side of the story isn't being told. Certainly they have some fault, but some of the boys ran away at the sign of trouble and were still picked up and are being tried as adults and face sentencing. That side of the story isn't being told. Was it one or two that asked the question about being gay? Should they all be punished for that? Are the gays riding on the backs of these children 13, 14, 16 to make laws! Let's dig deeper people. Why is it the only voice we are hearing is the gay preachers?
