I'm glad these guys are getting their deserved hype but seriously.... 'Is art the new rap'? Does this comparison only exist because these artists are black? Would you use the same headline if the artists were white, or use some other stupid analogy (e.g. 'Is art the new punk?').
Give these guys their credit, but don't do what so many others are doing in Atlanta by trying to categorize them under "Urban" art... Just... don't... It's great art. It's not black art or white art or yellow art... It's just good art.
I've always respected Jeff's straightforward and honest philosophy. One of the few guys who put the BackPockets in their place...
Thanks for keeping it real
Sounds like they already have what they want at Turner aside from the parking lot.. Seems like the executives have been wanting to bolt out of Downtown for quite some time. They haven't come up with a legitimate reason for leaving.
They gripe about the lack of mass transit, so they move to Cobb County with CCT... Now they want all of these regulations set in place when they could have taken the steps to make sure their demands were met in the first place. Close down the two liquor stores on Hank Aaron and make sure no one's selling bootleg merch. The closest "high end" restaurant- Six Feet Under...
I find the topic to be very interesting but for the love of God, fix your audio levels Jeremiah.
A bike lane on North Ave makes no sense. Any rider with half a brain would avoid riding on North Ave at all cost... Then again, most cyclists would avoid Ponce as well. That place is a death trap
I wonder why PBR didn't accept his submission...
Y'all forgot Suburban Lanes in Decatur for bowling.
