"Remember when everyone freaked out about Sparks being dangerous, so they took the caffeine out of it?"
This was not the case and is VERY misleading.
Sparks took the caffeine out of their product because some news-hack decided it was news worthy to report on Tilt and Sparks.(like Loko currently).
The government got involved as usual when they shouldn't to "protect the people"
Tilt (a bud product), who at the time was severely dwarfed in sales to Sparks, threw out that they would take their caffeine out as a ploy to go after Sparks for not doing the same. Sparks in turn did remove it to avoid giving AB the marketing leverage and bad press caused by poor news reporting and fear mongering.
