At what cost indeed!!! I can attest first hand the negative treatment of the employees under Shapiro's leadership and the skewed approach at dealing with the important "inside" issues. Who wants to work for a man who shows no respect or appreciation for those who bust their hump at making him "look" good? So, at what cost? It doesn't take much to be more in touch with the people who work for you, Shapiro. Or for that matter, it cost a little less to become more in touch with the patrons who keep the High afloat. But of course, in order to do that, one would have to think a little LESS about himself.
