Re: “Booting is a legal scam

Using Marta is not the answer here. This instance happened to be during a festival, but it's an everyday occurrence. I was booted in the Starbucks parking lot at 8th & Peachtree, even though I spent two hours in there and the booter saw me exit the Starbucks. My offense: "Leaving the property" - Going to Evos for food (on opposite side of Starbucks) even though I took it into Starbucks ($75 boot removal fee). After a few months of calling Starbucks repeatedly, my business partner was able to get $75 in gift cards. However, I will never patron that Starbucks again. I've actually changed most of off-site meetings to Caribou or other local business. I rarely go to any Starbucks now - which has actually saved me more than $75, but that's not the point. Booting is a scam and if I am ever booted again I will call the police.

Re: “AlleGreen Music Festival

Re: “New In-Flight Movie options

Looks like the part about streaming Netflix on your laptop while flying might not be happening as much as one would like (on Delta any way). Tried it but kept getting logged out. Could it be that it's purposely scrambled or blocked to encourage passengers to purchase the in-flight movies or premium TV packages? Hmmmm........
