I'm sure the people that were raped are glad to know that we have a team of able bodied APD officers stomping out GRAFFITI.... ATLANTA YOUR PRIORITIES SUCK!!!!!
ButImRight... And that is your real name... (I bet it's Besha) It's so funny that people like yourself think that Atlanta doesn't have a restaurant identity? I'm sure our hard working chefs around the city would love to hear that. I can't tell you home many times I've opened up a magazine, turned on the tv, or saw an award featuring an Atlanta chef or restaurant.
I don't know what city you live in (or food critic for) because it certainly isn't Atlanta if you think we are not a foodie city. I guess if I took every food article written by C-Loaf as gospel... I would have a crappy outlook on our "Restaurant Identity" too.
I bet you have a Rachel Ray cookbook in one hand and Blais's toes in your mouth as we speak.
Wow Besha... I think it's time to quit. If you want some privacy and less noise with your meal please grab your hearing aide and have dinner at The Dining Room at the Ritz Carlton.... Oh I forgot that's closed now... that type of dining is extinct and so are the people who eat at places like that.
This past Sunday I took my wife to No.246 for her 30th birthday and we sat at the chef's counter. I haven't had a meal that good in a very very long time. Not only was the wait staff better than most, it was top notch. They helped make her birthday memorable.
I've been a chef for a long time. I worked for Joel when he was at The Dining Room at the Ritz. Amazing chef and also a food thief. WE ALL ARE... You have some nerve stating that No. 246 "lifted"their concept and menu from other places. How do you think food has evolved to what it is now. Hell I bet you even copy recipes from your favorite Martha Stewart cookbook and call them your own.
Seriously C-Loaf it's time for a change in your food critics. The food section has gone the way of Real Housewives... Cheap, trashy, fake, and out for ratings.
Maybe you should just keep sucking the toes of Richard Blais. I'm sure you will give him a glowing article on his new and inventive "HOT DOG" restaurant.
First it made the national news, with video. Second it was informative. I had no idea he was such a gay hater. I had no idea he left his wife while she was dieing of cancer. I had no idea he was married multiple times. I had no Idea he was such a tool on just about any issue. Hmm the glitter worked!
Man stakes out and attacks Cabbagetown [Atlanta] graffiti artists

Cabbagetown has had an ongoing problem with graffiti. Early Sunday morning, resident Rodney Bowman took the matter into his own hands.
Bowman perched himself in a tree to catch vandals who had been spray-painting a concrete wall that runs along a set of railroad tracks and borders his neighborhood.
Around 2:20 a.m., they showed up.
Two young men, Joshua Ward, 19 and Jesse Jaeger, 21, started spray-painting the wall when Bowman sprang from the tree and attacked Ward, according to an Atlanta police report.
"It took me a few seconds to realize what was going on," Jaeger said Wednesday. "This guy just jumps out of a tree. I was like, 'Did that just happen?' We're still telling people about it. It's one of those things that, when you tell people, they don't believe you."
Bowman, 43, walked over to Ward and punched him in the face twice before the young men ran away and called police, the report said.
When an officer arrived, Bowman told him that "he had been watching the area closely" and "jumped out of the tree" to confront the vandals, the report said.
Ward and Jaeger admitted to police that they came to the concrete wall to spray paint, but they said they thought it was legal, the report said.
Jaeger said he and Ward were under the impression the wall -- just a few blocks from the Krog Street tunnel's famed concrete canvas -- was a "free space" where graffiti is allowed.
Jaeger said that, as they starting putting graffiti on the wall, Bowman sprang from the tree that was about 20 feet from them, fell down and walked toward Ward.
"I told you about [expletive] with our wall!" Bowman said, according to the report.
An officer gave Bowman a ticket for disorderly conduct, and Ward and Jaeger were ticketed for defacing a building, the report said.
In front of police officers, Bowman asked the young men what they were doing out there so late at night, Jaeger said.
"You were in a tree at 2:30 in the morning," they replied, according to Jaeger.
Bowman could not be reached for comment.
Hey tree Jumper or should I say "RODNEY BOWMAN" Instead of posting everyone else's address be a man and post your own. Nice article by the way. Maybe the next time you jump out of a tree at 2:30 am (FREAK) you will take a nice little fall.... on your neck. I've met you multiple times, unfortunately, and I know exactly where you live these days. Post one more address or name of anyone else and I will post yours next. I will see you at the next CNIA meeting and trust me this will be discussed.
Cabbagetown looks like crap! Nice job CIA.... CNIA. How is that Green... no wait.... Grey.....no......Dark Grey..... umm..... Light Grey paint job working out for you. I wish someone would please start spraying these yuppie idiots homes that move into Cabbagetown and complain about the graffiti. Oh and Tree Jumper Guy.... you are a criminal... not a hero. Hero's don't jump out of trees and attack defenseless people.
Come on CIA... CNIA you know you are dieing to paint the Krog tunnel. The tunnel just spits in your face every time you try to paint the graffiti around it. How can you be so hypocritical not to paint the root of all your graffiti evil? Please paint it over and start a war. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!!!!! I heard it said something about your mom the other day....
Cool maybe the city will look like Cabbagetown.... which use to be cool. Now it looks like a thug paradise. There is so much miss matched paint and ugly tags... IT LOOKS LIKE SHIT!!!!
See... this whole cover up theory only does one thing... Once you cover it up the real artists leave. What you are left with are tags that are ugly and quickly produced so the would-be artist will not get caught. If you don't believe me enter into Cabbagetown through Krog from Dekalb. If you go left towards Moreland into Reynoldstown you will see some very colorful art that really makes the area look cool. Barely any of it has been covered up by crap. Now go right into Cabbagetown's CIA... sorry, CNIA controlled neighborhood and you will see mismatched paint with quickly thrown up tags. If I were a newcomer to the area I would keep going into Reynoldstown... which ironically is the more unsafe out of the two.
Maybe instead of wasting city money on cover-ups, which will last a week or two. Lets try and find these aspiring artist... Throw some money their way... nurture this talent... and really make Atlanta what is is, an Artistic Urban City. If we open up spaces and let these kids have some fun.... wow it might actually show that we care about the youth and their talent.
