Re: “What Nike's new Atlanta ’96 shoe says about the identity of the city

I like these a lot, I think they're pretty unique with that certain flair. Should be released around the 19th for about $140.

Re: “CL's #ATLDoughnutSmackdown needs your vote

Be sure to check IP addresses on votes, too. Or this will turn out like that Atlanta Burger fiasco with that ludicrous Big Al's beating everyone by hundreds of votes. Yeah, right, like that really happened.

Re: “Atlanta City Council, whether it knows it or not, essentially supported demolition of Downtown's Central Library on Monday

The cockroaches that sit on the Atlanta City Council just want to funnel some more money to their Aunties and Cousins for more "studies". Martin and Bond are just the two worst of a bad lot. Along with Kasim Reed, there's no wonder the cities infrastructure is falling apart, they're siphoning off all the money for their own benefit.

Re: “Bike share program to roll out this summer with 100 bikes, more after sponsorship secured

Oooo, 90 miles of bike lanes that are made up of small, disjointed segments that are rarely interconnected. Oh, nobody needs to ride a bike more than a few blocks on these city streets, right? How about we end the bike lane right where the traffic is heaviest, that'll be safe, right? How about we allow cars and trucks to use the bike lanes for parking when there are events where many bikers would have incentive to use them? How about we let ignorant politicians to prevent creation of bike lanes because their equally-ignorant constituency can't see going anywhere in anything smaller than their mammoth SUV? Yeah, so much progress.

Darnell and Arrington are going to oppose anyone who isn't one of their relatives.
