The only way boxcar survives is if the residents make a concerted effort to spend money there weekly. There is an obligation for CH residents to do this if we want to see our housing prices bounce back. Decatur had a similar effort to revitalize there downtown and look where they are. To be fair, boxcar needs to offer produce and sundry items that people are actually interested in buying and have hours that actually match up to the average person's busy work schedule. I live across the street and have been hoping someone would start a business like this. Good luck boxcar. Just put up roll up doors and you won't have to worry about break-ins.
