I'm a regular diner at One, and while there have been some misses (a deep fried piece of pork shoulder that was overwhelmingly fatty, and an indifferent piece of salmon) the hit have vastly outweighed them. The soups are routinely outstanding, the appetizers are imaginative and well executed, and the entrees, while sometimes lacking in the 'wow' factor are always executed wonderfully. Obviously the desserts are incredible.
Go and try the duck confit and then tell me this restaurant is less than incredible. You won't be able to.
